As humans, the pursuit of change and progress is something that is innate to every one of us. Like it or not, there will always be things in life that we hope could be a little different, a little better in the way that daily situations & events turn out. It could be in the way we think, speak, or the way we handle everything from our finances to our relationships with others. We seek to become better -- and we should. As we strive to continuously exceed our potential, we rise above all previous versions of ourselves and grow stronger. In this issue, we look at some ways in which we can embrace a better self and an even better future.

The Relentless Pursuit of Improvement

It is no secret that I believe growth is the only guarantee that tomorrow will be better. It is no mystery that I think personal growth is the steppingstone to success for any leader. If you or I want to stay in front of the curve and lead others, then we must do the work that keeps us out front. We must continually improve. But as I seek to improve, there is one thing I know not to chase, and that is perfection. Perfection is a trap. Do not chase perfection as a leader - chase improvement. Make today better than yesterday so tomorrow can be better than today. The relentless pursuit of improvement will take any leader far.

Kok Hwee, IT Senior Infrastructure Engineer

I really count myself fortunate to have met Steph through LinkedIn at a point when I was thinking of how to make grow my wealth through investing, instead of just working harder for money. Our initial consult was for her to understand my goals and also to gather my existing plans’ information, she then tailored my plans meticulously to cover not only Investments, but also Protection strategies to protect my family in the event if anything happens to me. Her personalised approach and attention to details has made my financial planning experience not only smooth but also reassuring. Her unwavering dedication to ensuring my insurance needs are met is truly commendable. It's clear that her commitment to serve runs in her family, as coincidentally, not knowing that her younger brother, whom I have known since 2015, is my section mate during Reservist, till I asked her as both of them look so alike! (What a small world) Please approach her if you are looking for a professional, reliable, responsive & trustworthy FA to plan & address to your financial needs. Highly recommended!

She is also very approachable, responsive and explains things clearly whenever I had questions.

Robin, Pricing Specialist

I was looking for a FA who can introduce a product that can help me grow my money better. I chose Steph because she is a sincere and driven FA with a good history, and she places her client's priority first. She is also very approachable and her professionalism shows in her dealings as well. I both love and hate her review sessions because she lays it out bare, but I'm also thankful to her because she not only helps with my financials, but also provides a listening ear, advice to any other issues I may have as well. I believe everybody who chooses Steph as their FA will also find that they made a friend for life as well. Cheers!

William, Engineer

I got introduced to Steph by my ex colleague. Initially I thought she will be like most typical agents who will be salesy and hard-sell me policies but she ended up being more like my sister who helps in all areas of financial planning eg protection planning, wealth accumulation and even retirement planning. If you are looking for the most reliable, responsible and “nanny” type of agent, here she is. Steph is the best in terms of services provided.
